Mission of Architectural Engineering Program
“The Architectural Engineering Program at Shoubra Faculty of Engineering, Benha University, is committed to providing a distinguished educational service and graduating a competent architect equipped with mental, scientific, technical, innovative and practical capabilities and skills that qualify him to practice architectural engineering at a professional level and to compete in the labor market locally and regionally as well as to actively contribute to the development of society and the advancement of architecture and scientific research, within the framework of human and moral values.
أهداف البرنامج:
1) تزويد الطلاب بالمهارات والمعارف النظرية والتطبيقية المرتبطة بالعمارة والمتوافقة مع كل من احتياجات المجتمع وسوق العمل وبما يضمن التعلم الذاتي المستمر ويحقق متطلبات الاستدامة.
2) تخريج مهندس معماري كفء لديه الفهم والمعرفة العلمية اللازمة لمتطلبات التخصص. بالإضافة إلى دعم قدرته على الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة وتقاليدها والتنافس الشريف بكل اقتدار.
3) توسيع أفق الطلاب وتنمية قدراتهم ومهاراتهم الإبداعية والابتكارية في كافة المجالات المرتبطة بالهندسة المعمارية.
4) تدعيم قدرة الطلاب على اتباع المنهج العلمي في التفكير والبحث وحل المشكلات لإنتاج مشروعات معمارية وعمرانية بكفاءة عالية بالاستعانة بالتقنيات المتطورة والعلوم الحديثة.
5) إكساب الطلاب الخبرات العملية اللازمة في مجال التصميم والتنفيذ من خلال تدريبهم على مشروعات مشابهة للواقع العملي بمحددات مختلفة، وتنمية قدراتهم على المشاركة الفعالة مع فرق العمل
Program Objectives
1) To provide students with the theoretical and applied knowledge and skills related to architecture and compatible with both needs of society and labor market in a manner that ensures the continuous self-learning and fulfills the requirements of sustainability.
2) To graduate a competent architect who has the necessary scientific understanding and knowledge needed for architectural field. In addition to supporting his ability to abide by the ethics and traditions of the profession as well as the rules of honest competition.
3) To expand students' horizons and develop their creative and innovative abilities and skills in all fields related to architecture.
4) To support students' ability to follow the scientific method in thinking, research and solving problems, in order to produce architectural and urban projects with high efficiency using advanced technologies and modern sciences.
5) To provide students with the necessary practical experiences in the fields of design and execution, through training them on projects similar to reality with various determinants and developing their capabilities for effective participation with work teams.
